Judifree Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using the judifree platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the conditions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the judifree website and services (judifree.co), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and judifree ("Platform"). judifree reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The judifree platform is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. judifree reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate an account if the age requirement is not met.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account only on judifree at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice, along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur. judifree is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must notify judifree immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. judifree is not liable for any losses resulting from weak or negligent password management on your part.
- Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including judifree staff.
- Log out of your account when using a shared device.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the judifree platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using another person's account or registering an account on someone else's behalf without written authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of unauthorised bank card details or fictitious transactions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unfair manner.
- Transferring funds between user accounts for the purpose of money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
- Publishing, distributing, or displaying any content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, or that infringes on the rights of third parties.
- Attempting to breach, disrupt, or cause damage to judifree's technical systems.
Judifree reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, without prior notice.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the judifree platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). judifree does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not bear any currency conversion costs charged by third parties.
Deposits made into your judifree account are final and cannot be reversed once confirmation is received. You are responsible for ensuring the correct deposit amount before confirming any transaction. judifree is not liable for deposit errors resulting from user negligence.
Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that may include a request for supporting documents. judifree reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the judifree account holder.
Any bonus or promotional credit received is subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is made. Failure to meet the wagering requirements before making a withdrawal may result in the cancellation of that bonus credit.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
Judifree makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be fully secure at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, judifree is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of wagered funds due to unavoidable technical disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the judifree platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, and software, is the exclusive property of judifree or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from judifree.
Third-Party Links
The judifree platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes only. judifree is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Links to external sites do not imply that judifree endorses or validates those websites.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Legal
Account Suspension & Closure
Judifree reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions; suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; a user's own request to close their account; or if an account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Any legitimate balance in an account voluntarily closed by the user will be returned upon completion of the identity verification process, subject to deduction of any outstanding liabilities.
Amendments to Terms
Judifree reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The effective date of the latest terms will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments means you accept the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
