Judifree's Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Judifree takes our responsibility to every platform user seriously. We believe online entertainment should remain an enjoyable, controlled activity — not a financial burden or a source of emotional stress. Responsible gambling is not just a slogan for us; it is at the core of how we design our platform and manage our relationship with our users.

The judifree platform is built so that users always remain in control. We provide the tools, information, and support needed to ensure every decision to play is made consciously, with full awareness, and within healthy limits. We are also committed to not targeting vulnerable individuals, and to consistently encouraging a healthy balance between entertainment and everyday life.

The core principle of responsible gaming at judifree is simple: play for fun, not to relieve stress or solve financial problems. If you find yourself playing for reasons other than entertainment, it's time to step back and reassess.

Recognise the Signs of At-Risk Behaviour

It is important to recognise the early warning signs of at-risk gambling behaviour. Catching these signs early gives you the opportunity to take action before the situation becomes more serious. Take note if you experience any of the following:

Loss of Control Over Playing Time

You frequently play longer than planned and find it difficult to stop, even when you intended to.

Exceeding Your Set Budget

You find yourself regularly spending more than you can afford, or borrowing money to fund your play.

Playing to Escape Stress

Gambling has become your primary way of escaping everyday problems, stress, or anxiety.

Neglecting Responsibilities

Work, family, or social relationships are affected due to excessive time and attention spent on gaming activities.

If you identify two or more of the above signs in yourself, we encourage you to use the available self-control tools or reach out to a professional for support.

How to Set Healthy Time and Budget Limits

Setting clear limits before you start playing is a best practice we strongly encourage for all judifree users. These limits act as safeguards to help you enjoy entertainment without unnecessary financial or emotional risk.

Daily or Monthly Budget Limits

Set a maximum amount in MYR (RM) that you are comfortable spending on online entertainment within a given period. Treat this as an entertainment expense — much like going to the cinema or dining out — not as an investment or a way to generate income. Once that limit is reached, stop.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for each playing session. As a general guide, avoid sessions exceeding two hours without a break. Take short breaks every 30 to 45 minutes to check in with yourself — are you still playing for fun, or are you playing to chase losses? The latter is a clear signal to stop.

Don't Chase Losses

One of the most dangerous traps in gambling is chasing losses — continuing to play in an attempt to win back money you have lost. Losses are a natural part of games of chance, and the outcome of each session is independent — playing longer does not guarantee a win. When your limit is reached, respect the decision you made at the start and log out.

Self-Control Tools We Provide

Judifree provides several self-control mechanisms that you can activate at any time through your account settings. These tools are designed to put you fully in charge of your gaming experience:

Deposit Limit

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your judifree account. These limits prevent you from depositing more than the specified amount within the relevant period. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be lowered straight away — any increase requires a waiting period before it comes into force.

Cool-Off Period

If you need a short break, you can activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, three days, or seven days. During this time, you will not be able to access any games or make deposits, even though your account remains active.

Self-Exclusion

For a stronger, longer-term commitment, you can apply for self-exclusion over an extended period. This is the right option if you feel you need greater distance from the platform to reassess your playing habits. During the exclusion period, access to all games will be fully blocked.

To activate any of these control tools, log in to your account or contact the judifree support team via email at [email protected].

Minor Protection

Judifree enforces a strict minimum age requirement: our platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. This is not merely a terms of service requirement — it is our moral responsibility to the people of Malaysia.

During registration, we require date of birth verification and reserve the right to request supporting documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the minimum age will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be refunded.

We also encourage parents and guardians to take the following steps to protect children at home:

  • Do not share device passwords or online account credentials with your children.
  • Use parental control software on shared devices to block access to gambling websites.
  • Always log out of your judifree account after every session.
  • Have open conversations with your children about the risks of games of chance from an early age.

Life Balance & Getting Professional Help

Online gaming should be one of many leisure activities in your life — not the only one. judifree encourages users to maintain a healthy balance between play time and other important aspects of life, such as family, work, social connections, and physical health.

If you or someone you care about is struggling to control their gambling habits, do not hesitate to seek professional help. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. There are several practical steps you can take:

  • Talk to someone you trust — a friend, family member, or colleague — about what you are going through.
  • Use judifree's self-exclusion tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion as an immediate, straightforward first step.
  • Speak to a professional counsellor who specialises in behavioural addiction issues for more in-depth guidance and ongoing support.
  • Connect with local support organisations in Malaysia that provides counselling and support services for individuals and families affected by problem gambling.

Judifree is always here to help. Reach out to our team at [email protected] or refer to the FAQ us for more information about the available self-control tools. Your health and well-being matter far more than any game.
